Everybody was very polite and helpful.
Not enough food in the morning when we came down at 8:00a.m.
It was close to every were, easy to locate and I recommend to family and friend.

The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast very nice.
There are no smoking rooms.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend it to my friends and not hesitate to go there again myself. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was very nicely done.

Clean, good AC, liked the call and leave checkout, checkout was at 12:00 instead of 11:00 like other hotels.
Pool needed saving, my husband was disappointed as they didn't have hot breakfast, although they did have a Belgian waffle maker.
Clean and updated, we enjoyed our stay.

Starting to show its age, but still OK. Breakfast does not compare with other places we've stayed at. Everyone else does hot breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
1st assigned room had strong stale tobacco odor.
When I asked to be assigned another room because of the strong odor in my room, the manager on duty was very helpful. All the staff members were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Not clean, not a suite, not willing to accommodate the custom.
The room was dirty, we had no water for 5 hours without any apology.

The hotel was very clean, the front desk people called me to ask how I liked the room 10 minutes after checking in which was very nice.
Great hotel, very clean, great location, nice pool, I had a small refrigerator, micro wave, and coffee maker. I will stay at this hotel for all my trips there to Peoria.
